TEC and Pro Sound Web Readers’ Choice award successes for JoeCo
BlackBox Recorder voted best live recording device
24th January 2012. The BlackBox Recorder (v2.1) has been named Winner of the Recording Devices category at the 27th Annual 
Technical Excellence and Creativity Awards. The awards are presented by the TEC Foundation for Excellence in Audio in recognition of outstanding achievement in the professional audio industry. Winners were announced at a special event held during the 2012 NAMM Show, following several weeks of voting by industry professionals.
Also at NAMM, the results of the 2011 Pro Sound Web Readers’ Choice Awards were announced, with JoeCo achieving a second consecutive win in the Live Recording Hardware category, this time for the new BlackBox BBR64-MADI Recorder. The results followed six weeks of voting by thousands of Live Sound International magazine and Pro Sound Web readers.
